1. The order form, you sending through our website or by email / fax / phone or by any other mode will be treated as Purchase Request from the respective visitor of website. After finalising of payment & delivery terms, we will send the respective visitor an email of order acceptance.

2. Orders received either by E-mail or phone will be considered confirmed only on receipt of payment.

3. In case of multiple orders for the same artwork, only the first confirmed order with payment will be considered. Unconfirmed orders or requests may be ignored.

4. Payment Options: You can select Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable at Ahmedabad as payment method and place order with us. Order will be processed after the receipt of the Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque. Kindly draw the instrument in the name of “DREAMS”.

Please remember to attach a letter contains your full name and the order details, along with your Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque. After realization of Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque, the items in the order will be dispatched. Please Note: The product(s) you have ordered will be kept on hold, under your name, for 7 days during the payment processing time. Your order will be shipped once your Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque is cleared.

5. The Government of India restricts the export of works of art of some artists. All such works that are unavailable for export are marked `NOT EXPORTABLE' next to the name of artist. These items will only be delivered to shipping addresses within India.

6. The artwork(s) will be delivered in suitable protective packing after receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will not be able to dispatch shipments to post box addresses as well there are some countries where there are restrictions on shipment imposed by the regulations of the respective destination countries. We will not be able to ship products to such countries.

7. The list price does not include packing, forwarding & insurance charges. Forwarding charges will vary as per destination. In paintings and prints most of the art work will be delivered in a roll form. In case rolling is not possible a special note will be made for packing details. On receipt of your Purchase Request, we will give you the details of packing & forwarding.

8. Duties, taxes and levies at the buyer's end, if any, shall be borne by the buyer all the legal issues are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
